Processing of FB Cover request is 30 minutes only as soon as I got the message.

FB Cover will be done first and will be sent to you for your approval (this is a screenshot, so you wont be able to apply it yet on your timeline). If the request/s has been approved, you may pay the cost of it (via load) and then the FB cover will be sent to you.
